Hi, I am 28years old and married 4years ago. I am trying to concieve. I am having PCOS and lil high prolactin. I have done the follicle study 3times and all the 3times egg was released but no success in getting preg. This time too my doctr gave me initial 5days siphine 100mg tablets and did scanning till 14th day however i was having multiple small follicles. Doctor told me this time chances for releasing egg is less however i will get my period on time. Now it is 40th day and i have done home preg test but negative. Usually whenever i have taken 5days siphine 100mg tablets i used to get my periods on 28 to 30days. What is the reason for delay in getting my period this time? Will there be chances for preg ?

If your pregnancy test is negative( home kit),then you should still get a blood test to rule out pregnancy.This is called a serum beta hcg test and can be done in any routien laboratory any time of the day.This test if value less tahne 5 will confirm that there is no pregnancy. I am Novelon for about a year now for suspected Endometriosis (ovarian cysts) and excessive menstrual bleeeding. Although my bleeding is controlled now I am experiencing acute mood swings bordering on anger and depression. Can it be due to Novelon and if so what can I do to minimize this? I cannot go off the pill. Will taking B6 Vitamin help work on my mood?

1. My grand daughter 2 yrs of age having severe lose motion or diarrhea for the last 4 days and passing watery yellowish stool every 5 to 10 minutes. Had slight temperature max 101.5 Deg F, for the first two days. Now there is no temperature. 2. She is being hydrated and has been passing urine occasionally. She is 11kg by weight. 3. Urine and stool tests have been carried out. There is no infection. 4. Urine : Albumin- Trace, Ketone Bodies-Present +, Red Bllod Cells-Absent, Puss Cell-4-5/HPF, Epithelial Cells-2-3/HPF 5. Stool: reducing substances- Present +, Puss cells – 2-3/HPF, Epithelial cells-Occasional. (Oval Cysts not seen) 6. Local doctor says she will be all right but her watery stool continues unabated and we are extremely worried. She is losing her body weight and becoming cranky. Her skin around anus has become swollen & reddish. 7. She has been put on liquid O2 Suspension from today (Ofloxacin and Orindazole) 8. Please let us know: a. How can we stop the lose motion of such high frequency. b. Is O2 has some side effect? Do you suggest any other medicine c. Is it normal that such watery stool can continue for such log time? d. Please advice what should be done now.

I am 27 years old unmarried. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cysts in my ovaries and surgery (Laporatomy) was done. I have lost my right ovary with it (oopherectomy) and cyst was removed from left ovary (cystectomy). But again cyst in left ovary is seen in Ultrasound, it say " LEFT ADENEXA SHOWS A WELL CIRCUMSCRIBED IRREGULARLY MARGINATED THICK WALLED MULTI SEPTED CYSTIC LESION [MEASURES 88 X 61 X 58 mm, VOL=160CC], SHOWING DISTAL ACOUSTIC ENHANCEMENT CONTAINING LOW LEVEL ECHOGENIC INTERNAL ECHOES WITH ECHOGENIC SOLID PAPPILLARY PROJECTIONS [MEASURES APPROX : 20X 17MM, 17X13MM]. IT IS SHOWING INCREASED VASCULARITY ALONG THE PERIPHERY AND WITHIN THE PAPILLARY PROJECTIONS ON COLOUR DOPPLER ANALYSIS. LEFT OVARY IS NOT VISUALIZED SEPARATELY." Is it suggestive of Ovarian cancer or just an ovarian cyst? Rightnow I am taking homeopathy, and it seem to be working as earlier my cysts size was 210cc and now it is 160cc. Please help me out should i continue with homeopathy or once again should go for surgery immediately, I want to keep my remaining ovary as I am still unmarried.
