my baby is 10 months old I had given bifilac dry syrup 0.5 mg with 10 ml of water. is it serious?

My husband age 65 had to have his lower left wisdom tooth removed because there was a cavity on the tooth before the wisdom tooth. The original doctor only removed the tooth November 26, 2012, was given Norco for pain and recommended to take ibuprofen for pain. My husband had pain, and swelling. Original dentist packed the tooth with a special pack. Husband also applied clove oil. He talked to oral surgeons. Went to another surgeon and was given steroids, and antibiotics. My husband had dry socket and the hole was not closing up. So the new surgeon recommended a water pick and brushing the area vigorously to stimulate circulation. THe hole is closing up. Also, a root tip was found and had to be removed which added new pain. My husband is trying to not taking Norco anymore and trying to reduce ibuprofen. But pain level is 1-3 with twinges in jaw. It's been 8 wks. Is that normal? The original wisdom tooth had fused to the bone and had to be sawed in half to be removed. The cavity still hasn't been filled due to other pain.

You have mentioned dry socket, the appropriate treatment for that is use of local antibiotics and systemic analgesics. Kindly get a radiograph done and ask your dentist to irrigate and flush the area before inserting the local medication. ...

Dear sir, my baby is having vomiting and motions after feeding farex/nestum. She suffered for a week and then we stopped it and feeding some home made rice floor with water. Also, Iam breast feeding my baby. But my baby became very thin and week.she is 7 months old now. Please suggest what should i do?

Dear doctors, I am a research scholar and working on signal transduction studies and regularly use several irritants and ion channel blockers. I am suffering from excess keratosis on palms and soles and some times deep painful fissures from almost two years. It was started as a small thickening patch an left arm and recovered after treatment with moisturizing creams. After that I went to Japan as part of my research programme and one nurse given me creams with anti-fungal compounds and urea but the problem was enhanced and started the deep fisures on my soles. I came back to India and used homeopathy medicine for one weak and after that i visited a doctor. He suggested me to apply lemon juice trice daily and use vitamin C along with high doses of antifungal tablets and creams. I used this medicine for 6 months which further worsen my situation and my skin became very thick and appeared like toe nails and spread-ed to all areas of palms and soles. I changed the doctor and he given me the isotretinol for 2 months and given vitamin A and D combination for 4 months which improved my condition alot. Now I am taking a dosage of 6000 IU Vit A and 1000 IU Vit D once for every 3days. Whether I will completely relieve from my problem with these medicines or is there any permanent recovery in ayurvedic?

U had allergic dermatitis problem this might be psychosomatic disease. . My baby girl of 4 month old having frequent small motion problem....this occurs very frequently.I use to give bifilac sachet to her.my query is bifilac is safe to given again and again?

no bifilac is not safe for a child of 4months as she has not yet developed proper defence system. Only breastfeeding will solve this problem. It is nothing but colonic infection. My 3 year old has bad hives. I believe they are hives like urticaria but he was diagnosed with eczema since he was 1 year old. Now hes over 3 1/2 and it has exploded covering 80% of his body like rashes, bumps, very dry skin. His skin on legs looks like a bad sunburn and regular baths are a nightmare as the water irritates him as well as ANY kind of moisturizer. He look away Lanoline from AMD and spent over $1k in lotions and stuff alone. Food allegies were done and low on corn, wheat, oranges, soy, and few other items. Just keeping him 100% in home with air conditioner set at 68 degrees with air purifier going, new blanket, strict diet IT DOES ZERO. Im so frustrated. He went from little manageable eczema to a full blown mess. Been to doctors so many times as well as dermatologist and allergist to no aval. Also had soft yellow stools for a long time. Any kind of pressure to face turns it to a red mess and with hot skin.
