if root canal cant be done. ask your dentist to extract the tooth and place an implant immediatly or to go in for fixed partial denture after adequate healing

ASK HIM TO PLACE CALCIUM HYDROXIDE INSIDE THE CANAL , KEEP HIM OPEN LET THE INFECTION COMES OUT, TAKE ETORICOXIB 60 MG ONCE DAILY ALONG WITH PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTICS

1. If the abscess is fluctuant (i.e. not firm) then ask your dentist to give an intr-oral incision so that the pus can be drained out.
2. Ask him to open the root canals of that tooth and give open dressing with intra-canal medicament. This will reduce the pain.
3. You have to take antibiotics and pain killers for a period of minimum 3 days.
4. Once the pain subsides, you can undergo root canal treatment of that tooth.

1. if the tooth is devital then get at least assess opening done
2. ask dentist to relieve occlusion
3. if necessary get in antibiotics

your endodontist has suggested you the right, you might need an emergency dental procedure, pease refer to your endodontist ASAP for relief

He is just avoiding the concern, better see another dentist. otherwise you may see an emergency.
