Hi have consumed zandu mugdha rasa tablet in cooked rice..is any serious?

GERD. It has been on and off since 2008. The condition worsened last month in Jan 2013 and I could hardly swallow any solid food. It just gets stuck in the throat and feel like I am choking till I push the food down with water. Liquids and semi solid foods are ok. The doctors did Nasal Endoscopy, Normal Gastro Endoscopy, Esopheagal Manometry, Barium Swallow X-Ray and all tests came up normal. I was told the swallowing problem is primarily related to GERD and I was advised Cintapro 1 mg tablet for 1 month. So far as I take the tablet, I am able to take in selected solid foods fine, but not all foods. If I do not take this tablet for one day, the problem recurrs back. Question 1: How long will this motility disorder be related to GERD ? Question 2: Are there any side effects of taking this Cintapro 1 mg to help in motility on a long term basis (Say if I need to take this for some more time) Questionj 3: Are there any other tests that will show the proper reason for this motility disorder of the esophaegus (Apart from Esopheagal Manometry, Gastro Endoscopy, Barium Swallow X-Ray) etc.

GERD will persist but the effect can be decreased by life style modification like good brisk walk for 40 mins, avoiding fat, consuming more curd and buttermilk rather than milk and keeping a gap of 2 hrs between food and sleep. Cintpro is by and large relatively safe drug for long term use till now. I am unable to eat Spicy food or food cooked with lot of Masala. Get tongue burning sensation, like we get after ating lot of chillies. Also after eating food with even slight spice, start feeling giddy. Eperiencing this problem since last four months. Showed it to doctor, he diagnosed it that my tongue is badly swollen and reason could be gas problem. Gave digestion tablets. Tongue swollen is reduced, but problem is still very much there. Kindly help...

SUFFERING FROM LOOSE MOTIONS SINCE LAST EVENING , CONTINUOUS PAIN IN ABDOMEN, MOTION GREEN COLOURED, PAIN MORE SEVERE WHEN FEEL MOTION. HAD UFLOX OX IN THE NIGHT. NOW AFTER 14 HRS LOOSE MOTION FREQUENCY REDUCED BUT STILL GREEN . NO PAIN SINCE NIGHT (3 HRS AFTER UFLOX OZ). ALSO HAD 99.4 FEVER IN THE NIGHT -HAD ONE CROCIN . Hi, Take one more dose of uflox oz to complete your antibiotic dose If you don't have pain in abdomen then you don't need to take meftal spas,mild pain may be there for another day or two. Bifilac is same a micronutrient and is fine even if you take another dose or two. Hi, You should have directly visited a hospital emergency and got your stomach washed so that drug could have been removed. Now its to late the drug would be absorbed partly and and would have gone ahead of stomach so no use. My son is 2 yrs old and having severe problem of constipation. It looks like there are bruises in his anus due to hard stool. His diet includes one bottle of milk early in the morning, then Indian bread soaked with milk, then cooked pulses water , then rice with butter in the afternoon, again bottle of milk in the afternoon post lunch(nap time), roasted grams or sprouts along with egg or rawa. Indain bread soaked in milk at dinner and bottle of milk at bed time. Its been observed that he doesn't chew properly and pulses and grams are seen in his stool.
