I had a fall 6 months ago . Broke some cartage in my knee. My knee does a fast give out when I am walking. dont know what it is. Now I got told i have tendonitis of the ankle. It is so pain full. What is causing this and what can be done to help me. The doctor said I will some day need knee surgery and foot surgery to fuse all my bone toes together. He does not know why my knee on the out side gives a fast snap and gives out. Hop you can help me. Thank you Candie

Hello. I am 29 years old from Australia and currently am in Tokyo. I had protected sex with a hooker a few nights ago and a hand job from one last night. I am overweight and chafe a lot when walking a lot but I have noticed itchy red lines have developed behind my knees on both sides. Red rashes are between my legs (but is usual for my chafing). Please note I have been walking around all day long in jeans in cold/warm weather so I am not sure if red is inflammation or the start of an STD? I've been noticing a lump on my upper left thigh. It started out small and red but grew over time. The red part is about the size of a dime now. But if I feel around the lump is feels like it has expanded underneath the skin. It's very hard. I thought it was an ingrown hair, so today I squeezed it. And small amount of blood came out but no hair. Now it looks darker red/purple.

Hi, There can be many causes for an underneath thigh swelling 1. It could be an abscess,cellulitis 2. it could be osteomyeletis 3. It can be haematoma Do you have any bleeding tendency ? my g.f is 26 yr old,her periods comes on 5th date ,after sex at 3 rd feb ,she take a tablet of unwanted 72 then check home pregnency test it is negative and after 1month and 10 days there is no any symptomps of pregnency and home pregnency result will also be negative bt there is problem her periods had not come after 1month and 10 days..?,my g.f consult a gyno-bt without any checkup she gives a dose of mifepristone and mesoprostal ..after taken these medicine periods has not come...what can we do?

Hi, There were a certain points which were a little unclear,how many times was urine pregnancy test negative and when. After how many days was it done importantly and when was it done last(date of urine pregnancy test). If urine pregnancy test is negative then there is no point why any gynaec would prescribe you mifepristone. Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here.
