Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries. Thanks, Bikram

  Doctor's Answer

Hi, Usually tight fore skin indicates that you either had phimosis or infection or scarring of your fore skin, which has to be removed now. It is a controversial topic and there is no confirmatory study, however all the studies done till now have indicated that sensation don't reduce or make no difference and that is what I have noticed too. Your sensation will be provided to you by your glans now,and sexual sensation should not reduce and there is confirmatory evidence on this that circumcisio ...

I am 27 years old unmarried. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cysts in my ovaries and surgery (Laporatomy) was done. I have lost my right ovary with it (oopherectomy) and cyst was removed from left ovary (cystectomy). But again cyst in left ovary is seen in Ultrasound, it say " LEFT ADENEXA SHOWS A WELL CIRCUMSCRIBED IRREGULARLY MARGINATED THICK WALLED MULTI SEPTED CYSTIC LESION [MEASURES 88 X 61 X 58 mm, VOL=160CC], SHOWING DISTAL ACOUSTIC ENHANCEMENT CONTAINING LOW LEVEL ECHOGENIC INTERNAL ECHOES WITH ECHOGENIC SOLID PAPPILLARY PROJECTIONS [MEASURES APPROX : 20X 17MM, 17X13MM]. IT IS SHOWING INCREASED VASCULARITY ALONG THE PERIPHERY AND WITHIN THE PAPILLARY PROJECTIONS ON COLOUR DOPPLER ANALYSIS. LEFT OVARY IS NOT VISUALIZED SEPARATELY." Is it suggestive of Ovarian cancer or just an ovarian cyst? Rightnow I am taking homeopathy, and it seem to be working as earlier my cysts size was 210cc and now it is 160cc. Please help me out should i continue with homeopathy or once again should go for surgery immediately, I want to keep my remaining ovary as I am still unmarried.

Hello Mam, I am 25 and my inner tighs and vaginal area are very dark in color. I have consulted doctor about the dark color of inner tighs and she suggested me to use SPARKEL cream (hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone furote cream). I am using it from past 1 week and sometimes when the skin peel off it burns. I use the same cream at night. Suggest me some cream that can be applied during the day time to avoid the pain caused by the cream. Can I use it on my vagina too?? Or Is there any other cream available which I can use on my vaginal area to improve the color? Apart from it I want to increase my breast size. Kindly suggest me some cream or oil/lotion that can help me in the same.
