sir/mam, i am having accute vit d deficiency.it was not known to me earlier so i started taking skin treatment which includes isotretinoin 20 mg n antibiotics.i had yellow peel twice n wen i moved out in sun for longer durations,my skin has got burnt n lost its glow.m feeling like an aged person.please let me know if there s a better alternative the peels.i am having active acne on my jaw line n forehead, blackheads and acne scars.

Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. sir i had dermaroller done for chickenpox scars under my eye area using a .5mm roller... the skin peeled off after 8 days and the new skin was pink ....however as days passed the skin got a bit red and black(pigmentation i think)....now the doctor has told me to use MELAS SKIN CREAM at night and use vaseline lotion in the morning....will it help sir...plzz tell..........

i have normal skin(T zone oily) I am suffering from severe whiteheads and acne on my face . i have consulted few dermatologists but it barely gave me any good results. as per as the doctors prescription i have been using 1.azithromtcin azifem 500- tablets 2.adalene nano gel 3.D derclean hydro gel cleanser but it gave me no results at all. i want to have a clear and glowing skin alike yours. earlier it was nice but on the usage of kaya skin regime i ended up paying so badly for my skin. on sun explosion my skin gets worse. i expect your help to get rid of of my problems. also suggest a sun screen.

Sir , I am 22 years old with brownish skin tone and oily skin.when i was 15 years old(7 Years back) i had chicken pox which resulted in scars on my face but i am not able to concentrate due to studies and later used to have frequent acne and pimple problems in which few are cystic.Now i have lot of scars and pit hole on my face .Kindly prefer some scar gels or cream which is good for my skin tone and any latest treatments possible. I am suffering from type 2 diabetes and obesity . My weight is 110 kg and I am 30 yrs old . The random sugar level is in between ********** on avg . Fasting is always normal and even PP shows normal level within 105 to 134 on average . My insulin fasting test was normal but my insulin pp was 200 . I was prescribed Glycomet 500 sr , which I took for 2 months and stopped . I started exercising and got tested the Insulin PP was 130 and I continued my workouts .but te weight is not reducing its stuck at 110 kgs and I am feeling pains in my legs on daily basis . Will get tested tomorrow for Hba1c test and Insulin PP test , I will attach the report tomorrow , if needed . Please suggest what exactly I shall do to reduce weight and get this type 2 issue resolved
