I have a growning Boil on my groin about an inch superior and slghltly left lateral of my penis. It is nearly the size. I was cleaing the area and dressing it and noticed my penis was swelling and getting redish. Should I head to the ER or go to a walk in clinic tomorrow?

hi, I am 26 year old male.My heart pulse rate is 100 bpm at rest, blood pressure range from 120-136/80-90, when high blood pressure I have pain behind eye and headache. I am 29 Years old man who had a ligament tear in my right knee 14 months back. Though i can walk properly and can run slowly but cannot run hard because if i do so my right knee buckle and i fall down. I have not had a surgery till now though i had some physio therapist treatment but it dint heal well enough.Can i go for the surgery now?
