Hello docter, i m pregnant with twins its d 13th wk. In d first trimester i suffered from morning sickness wasnt evn able to have a proper diet as a result i lost around 5 kg weight. The docter i m consulting prescribed many medicines to control vomiting etc bt it didnt worked. Now since i hav entered in second trimester still i m not having any appetite for food. I dont feel hungry at all n i m very worried id it will be lik dis thn how its gonna effect d babies. These days i m also having constipation. D docter has prescribed syp sorbiline twice before meal.
