Hello Dr. gd mrg I am 20 years old ,my problem is speech . that mean stammer so i could not clear my job and any one . having single me good speech and singing is well but speech to another person and any one place is not coming clearly , so very upset of my work . ple Dr. how is clear and speech to continue and did not fear, ple ans tamil and english
