Hi Puneet, Every time i eat something i have this inflammatory sensation in my throat that's kind of very uncomfortable. I cannot eat spicy food at all these days. Every time i eat junk food like burgers or Pizza or KFC, i end up having problem with my stomach (stomach upset mostly). This problem started since 2010 when i was doing night shifts for my company. There was a time when i did graveyard shift for 3 consecutive weeks. I stopped doing night shifts after i had problems with my stomach. I have a very tough time in finding food of my taste here. I generally prefer salads and bland food. Fruits rich in alkaline level tend to help me a lot. I'm not married yet, so its very difficult for me to find such food everywhere especially at my workplace. I consume alcohol every weekend but next day morning i end up having acidity. So i have to take ENO (fruit salt) to feel better. This has been the case since 3 years now. The only food which suits me is Bland food and fruits (especially the ones rich in alkaline level). I would really appreciate your help with this. Thanks!

Hi, You can have acinil-o along with pantoprazole but pantop will have better effects than acinil-o. Then in 7th point I told about alcohol and not water. Alcohol also causes acidity,specially empty stomach,so you may have alcohol after having some food. In fact you should have plenty of water which I had missed to tell you. I had been chewing gutkha since 2004 to 2012.Now I have quit this habit.I do smoke as well and occasionally consume alchohol. I am unable to open mouth more than 2 fingers. I request you to let me know ayurvedic means of getting rid of this issue. I donot have anyother problem other than this. I can have spicy foods without any problem.

I am unable to eat Spicy food or food cooked with lot of Masala. Get tongue burning sensation, like we get after ating lot of chillies. Also after eating food with even slight spice, start feeling giddy. Eperiencing this problem since last four months. Showed it to doctor, he diagnosed it that my tongue is badly swollen and reason could be gas problem. Gave digestion tablets. Tongue swollen is reduced, but problem is still very much there. Hi, I would like to know more details. Since when are you having this?? does burning sensation comes only while eating spicy foods? Do you have any adverse habits related to gutkha usage etc? Did you notice any recent change in any of the oral products you use like toothpaste, mouthwash etc Or any change in kitchen spices? Hello doctor..I have been experiencing acidity from nearly 2 years.. And now I feel it was because of peptic ulcer.. Because the symptoms match except there is no blood in the stools or in the vomit. I haven't done endoscopy yet ..and I'm not sure whether I have a peptic ulcer or not..Im a teen and I have been smoking and eating alot of spicy food occasionally for couple of years has the smoking caused the peptic ulcer? Amrut, Acidity symptoms are not all the time due to presence of ulcers. Yes hyperacidity may lead to formation of ulcers in long term. But certainly if this is long standing problem and in presence of smoking, you need further work up and should go for endoscopy. ...

From last one and half. Year I am facing huge itching problem in my scalp my hairs are also falling and becoming thin . I used to eat rajnigandha and guthka. I used to eat a lot but now i cut back to very less but still my mouth burns. I cant eat anything spicy. I sweat a lot while eating anything. Pls suggest any good tablets to reduce these burning sensation.
