Hi. I have been diagnosed with "genital psoriasis". The doctor had prescribed me terbiforce tablet & ointment for 14 days. Since I am not married, I am worried about my sex life in future and also wanted to know if this is curable.Is it possible to completely evade psoriasis. Awaiting your reply Shweta

Hi, The drug you told me is given for fungal infection and not genital psoriasis,if the same lotion also prescribed to you then you are been given treatment for some fungal infection and not psoriasis. Genital psoriasis occurs more frequently in people who wear tight dresses like tight skin hugging jeans,or undergarments,or people who sweat a lot. 1. Using tobocoo products since long time back 2. One and half year back ( October 2011) observed a tiny white colour patch inside cheek. 3. Consult the doctors and as per them it is because of sharp teeth byte. 4. Since uses tobacoo product it is also leucoplakia inside the mouth. 5. Doctor prescribe the ointment like kenocard, candid and it improved a lot 6. Since it was not completely finished so another step I had done to remove some superficial layer over that area after the consultation with same doctor ( In November 2012) 7. hi I just delivered on 8/06/2013 n was blessed by a baby boy.my stiches have been dissolved but there is still sensitivity and also some times itchy I was given silverex ionic 2% gel silver nitrate can I still continue putting that any side effects also I had got constipated after 2 weeks after my delivery n because of the force that was put I have got cuts in my rectum because of which its difficult for to sit stand and even sleep at times.its been more then a week now.can u please sub crib something for the cut and pain I'm breast feeding also now I get motions properly but after that I get lots of pain. please help

Hi, Yes that is why i prescribed you with syrup lactulose so that you pass a litlle soft stools and if there is any fissure in rectum that gets time to heal up and yes that syrup is fine when you are lactating. But that should be taken for not more than seven days and also you should take high fiber rich diet. You can also be prescribed for local anaesthetic gel for local application around rectum area if the pain is so much but the syrup i prescribed should be more than enough. ...

Hi I'm a 17 year old, I recently burnt my cheeks due to applying toothpaste , as I have read about toothpaste as a home remedy for removal of pimples and acne .I applied it for 4-5 days only to know that it had burnt my skin to due excessive use. A reddish brown mark came on both of my cheeks. Since then, I used bio oil intitally and then the skin started to get strechy and started it appeared to peal off. I removed the dead skin and in the burnt area a light skin coloured patch came which became pink later. I used coconut oil for a day and the skin on both sides became strechy and reddish brown again just a little lighter this time. Now I have been using Silver nitrate silverex ionic and this is the 3rd day since the burnt appeared on my cheeks. Please help, I just want to know if a scar would persist or not and how much time will this take to heal completely and the area would match my skin colour..thank you.
