A few years back after having visited a hill station in India.. i got this sort of coating on my upper lip that couldn't be scraped off easily, a lot of my friends did too.. but even now my problem persists, this was followed by dryness around my lip and white patches that were spreading and cuts started forming. on consulting several dermatologists, they prescribed Fluticasone Propionate ointments of varying concentration saying that its caused by the fact that I was born by extremely dry skin and the saliva dries the area more, but I've been using petroleum jelly on my lips since I was small as I always used to get chapped lips.. I similar sort of dry patch developed on my finger which went on to spread over the years to my entire finger, for which i use the the same medication.. the itching on the finger and the dryness goes away after a couple of days of use but then it comes back when not used and the texture of my finger has turned out to be slightly glossy looking compared to the rest of my fingers..

Hi, As you said that you don't have leucoderma,and it is just simply dried lips then primary cause for dried lips is allergy. hi, I am 26 year old male.My heart pulse rate is 100 bpm at rest, blood pressure range from 120-136/80-90, when high blood pressure I have pain behind eye and headache. Hi, You should try to lower it right now with diet first for 3-4 months. If no effects are seen then you may go on with drugs for this(raised cholesterol). Your blood pressure is not high otherwise it is just a little raised for your age. As soon as your cholesterol comes down your b.p will also reduce. I am 29 Years old man who had a ligament tear in my right knee 14 months back. Though i can walk properly and can run slowly but cannot run hard because if i do so my right knee buckle and i fall down. I have not had a surgery till now though i had some physio therapist treatment but it dint heal well enough.Can i go for the surgery now? Hello Doctor, I have been asked to have rosutec 5mg daily as the bp was abnormal (140/100) which was identified in my last heath check reports. But I never felt that I am having such a high hypertension , is there any way to avoid medicine as I am 35yrs old now and need to continue for the rest of life? Hi my daughter who is 7 has blisters in her mouth and on her tongue on of the ones on her tongue has gone red and flat whilst the rest of her tongue has I white coating. Dear Dr. I am 28 years old (140lbs), and I am about 7 weeks pregnant with my baby #2. My first one is 20 months old. At 5w, I experienced some brown discharges, so I went to the doctor for check up. Dr. Said my gestational sac is at 12mm, and lay very low in my uterus. Dr. Has sent me to bed rest for about more than a week now.
