Hi, In Jan2010 one fine morning I woke up to find permanent heaviness + tinnitus in my right ear with hearing loss. Repeated audiometry tests show 50% hearing loss. Now I have permanent Tinnitus along with hearing loss. Of late, I have noticed constant pain in my skull's right side (areas including: upper & lower molars jaw bone, joint where jaw fits into the skull, joint just above the eyebrows). This pain is cyclical, sometimes very noticeable & sometimes not. During my initial examination tests, doctors had suspected tumour for which MRI scan was negative. That time I had no pain in the skull, however now I do and hence I fear the worst. Thus wanted to know your opinion of what should I do; which kind of opinion / treatment must I seek? Thanks.

My Mom has this following symptoms: 1. Hearing imparing 2. Her speech is becoming less understandable 3. She is acting more like a child day by day. 4. Limping gait ,slurring of speech ,loss of reasoning ,imbalance in emotions,repeated speech, difficulty in handling things properly. She is 49 years of age and it's almost over ten years ever since we started to notice the symptoms. What could be her problem? How can we treat her? Where can we go for treatment?

I and my partner are mbbs doctors(freshers). Her LMP is 10/01/2017 Date of intercourse-21/01/2017(unprotected) Levenorgestrel 1.5 mg (emeregency contraceptive) was taken within an hour the same day because we realized its almost the 12th day of cycle and the first unsafe day. Her normal avg cycle duration:regular, 28-29 days lasts for 5 days BUT this time she missed her period , there was a very slight spotting and we thought maybe its the levonorgestrel messing up the period. Apart from that NO H/O of significant nausea , severe abd pain etc But since its 5 days overdue we decided to take pregnancy test and it yielded a faint line. We repeated with another brand kit and tested the morning sample and this time it came a faint test line after 2 minutes. We are confused and as in India we can not exactly go to a gynaecologist per se. Please help?CAN it be pregnancy?

Hello sir... My brother is suffering from Chronic Pancreatitis since last 4 years. He is pure vegetarian, neither he smoke nor he drinks.. even he do not drink tea.. He suffers from abdominal pain with repeated episodes for every 10-20 days. Ercp test done where pancreatic duct was not dilated or doctors said it is too narrow to put a stend in it.jaipu All medical tests and treatment are for managing the pain only, and he is not getting any treatment towards cure. Today, again abdominal pain arises and some blood test done. In today's report, SGOT 47.74 and SGPT 81.33 comes which makes me worry seriously. Serum creatine also came at 1.63. Please suggest whether my brothers illness is moving to lever also..?? Or what should I do.? I am ready to take every possible treatment. Please suggest..!!!ðŸ™
