I have been advised vaginal use of Susten 200 I wanted to know is it safe? I haven't had a baby as yet hence no miscarrige and I thought this was a preventive medicine. Also, I have no complaints till now in my pregnancy. I am in my 5 th week. Pl help.

my wife is suffering from uterine fibroid with prominent left falopian tube as found in sonography done recently.the report is as follows : uterus appears mildly bulky and appx measures 8.4 x 5.2 x 4.4 cms. .it appears slightly globular in shape. it shows inhomogeneous parenchymal echotexture. there is relatively well defined iso-hypoechoic intramural fibroid of appx size 3.7 x3.5 x 2.7 cms seen in posterior myometrium.no obvious degenerating areas or vascularity noted. this lesion is in close proximity to the endometrial stripe.it appears to cause displacement and mild distorsion of the adjacent endometrial stripe.endometrial thickness is appx 6mm .the left falopian tube appears prominent (10-11mm). no other obvious focal lesion seen in the uterus. I am 27 years old unmarried. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cysts in my ovaries and surgery (Laporatomy) was done. I have lost my right ovary with it (oopherectomy) and cyst was removed from left ovary (cystectomy). But again cyst in left ovary is seen in Ultrasound, it say " LEFT ADENEXA SHOWS A WELL CIRCUMSCRIBED IRREGULARLY MARGINATED THICK WALLED MULTI SEPTED CYSTIC LESION [MEASURES 88 X 61 X 58 mm, VOL=160CC], SHOWING DISTAL ACOUSTIC ENHANCEMENT CONTAINING LOW LEVEL ECHOGENIC INTERNAL ECHOES WITH ECHOGENIC SOLID PAPPILLARY PROJECTIONS [MEASURES APPROX : 20X 17MM, 17X13MM]. Hi I am 27 years old, got married in February 2015 last week and concieved in March but had abortion a month back i.e. on 10th May as baby's growth was stuck at 5 weeks though I was 10 weeks pregnant by then (Dr. never told the reason behind this problem). That was my first pregnancy, u/s post abortion revealed 1 cyst in right ovary and two cysts in left, largest one measured 22 x19 mm, a small fibroid in uterus measuring 17 x 14 mm, uterus was normal in size & echotexture with 6 mm endometrial thickness. Now u/s after first period dated 25/06/2015 says that cyst in right ovary measures 12 x 9.5 mm and left ovary has 3 cysts with thick internal echoes within, largest cyst measuring 30 x 25. Uterus size is 67 x 39 x 43 mm, combined endometrial thicness is 9.4mm and fibroid reduces to 15 x 12 mm. My Dr. is asking to undergo laproscopy as there is no other way out to cocieve. I want to enquire is it really so, can I really not get pregnant without this surgery? Kindly help, Thanks in Advance!!!

Endometrial thickness = 8.2 mm Cervix is normal Ovaries = Both ovaries are normal size. Then doctor diagnosis Histopathological 1) Endometrial sample D/C = Report is No evidence of endometritis granuloma, hyperplasia or neoplasia noted 2) Cervical punch biopsy = Report is no dysplasia or malignancy. 3) All blood test is normal Right now my mother as well. No bleeding no other problem. But Doctor advise to release her Uterus. So as of now what can I do for it. Please give me a good suggestion in this regards.

Since the endometrial sampling and cervical punch biopsy did not show any problem and bleeding has already stopped (without any medication), hysterectomy (removal of uterus) can be postponed, unless your gynecologist has other reason to pursue with the removal of the uterus. ...

I and my friend had an unprotected intercourse on 14th Feb, she took two tablet of menstrogen tablet and in the night of that same 14th feb, her period came. In the month of March she expected her next period but we also her intercourse that same 14th and she took two tablet of menstrogen again but her period did no come. After a week of missed period She did the urine pregnancy test, which showed negative and the doctor gave her some pregnancy preventive drugs for three days and mesoprostal, she took the drugs and did the test again after 3days and the result was still negative, After 5 days she went to do the blood test which showed negative still. This time she was worried, Three days after she did the blood test her period came. What could it be that have delayed her period for that long, Could she still be pregnant or not.
