For the past six months I have experienced dull chest pains lasting two to five miniutes sometimes longer sometimes shorter, similar to heart burn. AT&T first it was on the upper left but now it is in the middle of my chest. During this period I also have occasional clear jelly like phlegm balls two to three times a day although not continual. I have had blood test,chest X-rays,angiogram all negative.Please advise.

mostly it should be gastritis.....take antacids for some days and watch response... tab pantoprazole with domperidone empty stomach in morning should suffice.... ...

Suggest evaluation with both upper and lower GI endoscopy. Avoid spicy food. Have frequent small feeds. Most likely to have GERD. ...

Hi. I was diagnosed with ptb. Taking fixcom 4 for 3 days now, i observed that each morning in having hemoptysis. A little bloot clot along with phlegm. Is this something to worry?

hi ..., A diagnosed case of PTB already on ATT may have bouts of haemoptysis even recurrent sometimes. If it is persistent or large in amount then definitely a serous matter and you should immediately report to your physician.
