Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries. Hi, Usually tight fore skin indicates that you either had phimosis or infection or scarring of your fore skin,which has to be removed now. I am having a lump of width 1.5-2 cm attached to my left testicle at the upper part of the testicle since 10//11 years. (I have mentioned the width only because the shape of lump is just like a small testicle and I am unable to hold it from its length because it slips from my hand and some cord(perhaps epididymis) is obstructing me to hold it from it's length. most likely It's length is about 2.5 cm and I mentioned the width only). my problem is related to glan penis(head). my penis is cut(circumcised. i can see wrinkles on my glans penis and due to this it's look odd and dark in normal stage. i am fair but the colour of penis is black. thas fine. but not sure why the glan penis is wrinkled and looking odd, dull black colour. i had have a general filling which came out after 7 years and as per R V Dental specialist i need to go for root canal surgery but i m not sure whether general filling can be done on same since i do not have any pain. also as per their opinion based on the broken length they considered the case as level 2 case. please advise.
