My 3 years old daughter has cough and cold for 2 days and fever since morning . She has nasal discharge and seems to breath by mouth. Otherwise she is playful and active. Please advise.

Hi , Thanks for your request. Your daughter has Viral upper respiratory tract infection.Her mouth breathing is due to her nose blockage.Put nasal decongestant drops in both nostrils thrice a day. Also give her steam inhalation twice daily. For cough and cold give her a decongestive medicine with paracetamol. This will take care of fever as well. Hi, That is good that your ultrasound report is clear and didn't have any retained bits,the bleeding you are having may last for 3-5 days. If pain is there then you can have pain killers. You should also have plenty of water because many people feel dehydrated and weak in such situation and have a good and healthy diet(high protein diet). Hi, Whom did you consult ?(any specialist or any body else) because this cough syrup is usually not recomended in children of this age group as thier can be side effects,avoid giving that cough syrup. Baby is suffering from cold and more importantly cough since past 2 days. Doctor has prescribed T-minic drops 0.5 ml oral for 3 days and post to which cough didnot subside, then to use Kufril drops 0.5 ml thrice a day. However on using first instance of T-minic baby had pooped 4 times (Can be because he was on antibiotics just a week back for ear infection. His stools were more in number atleast twice after every feed. But once medicnes are stopped his stools were back to normal and he poops only once a day). and also his cough has increased very much. His feeding routine got slightly distrubed as he is not able to complete the bottle with ease. He leaves an ounce or so sometimes due to stuffy nose or congestion. Are these medications safe for a 5 month old baby? if not what precautions to be taken to soothe him from cough and cold?

Hi, I am masturbating last 10years. I masturbate twice or thrice a week. Now i feel some problems in my body. I do wanna know is it because of masturbation. My hands shake when i take a tea cup from a plate. My hands shake when i write.
