I am 25 years old. Male. 5'10 160lbs. I have been active most of my life. I recently ran a tough mudder (12 mile obstacle course). However, I have always dealt with anxiety and worry about my health. My pulse is extremely strong. I can see my pulse in my neck, stomach, and wrist at all times. Even when I am not anxious. I have had many echochardiograms, EKG's, I've had an MRI of my heart and a nuclear stress test. All came back normal despite the fact that I have a small case of mitral valve prolapse. I was cleared to play sports and exercise. Lately I have had symptoms of pain I can only describe as someone squeezing my neck. It is most uncomfortable at the base of my neck towards my chest. I have also had headaches, a slight cough, difficulty concentrating and fatigue. It seems like the pulse in my neck is more visible than it has been. Is this all in my head?

I am currently a working pregnant woman of 28 weeks and just recently I was awoken in the middle of the night with a searing lower back pain (with a feeling of a kidney rupture) and it took about 30 minutes for the pain and nausea to go away. I quickly fell back to sleep without thinking about it twice and now i feel completely fine except for some dehydration and fatigue (normal pregnancy symptoms and all) I'm just alittle worried as to what could have caused me so much pain... was it the baby kicking my kidney, or a UTI?

Hi doctors. I have been having servere waist pain in the lower part of my abdomen for more than 2 years now. I have been on numerous antibiotics and most recently dazel kit combination and no tangible improvement. I'm a male 32 years. I have gone for scans and diagnosis but nothing was found. I have alos gone for STD tests and still nothing. Pls can you advise for a treatment and specific tests I can look out for?
