Impression â€“ Microcytic hypochromic blood picture with thrombocytopenia. (Kindly correlate with serum iron,TIBC, ferritin and Hb variant analysis [To rule out hemoglobinopathy]) OTHER TESTS â€“ Routine Urine analysis â€“ All values are normal ECG â€“ Normal study X-Ray of chest â€“ PA View â€“ Normal Study MY HABBITS â€“ Non veg 3 days a week Beer â€“ 3 days a week( 700ml per day) drinking since 10 years. Smoking â€“ 12 cigarettes per day (Smoking since 10 years). More Anxiety and less physical activities. Last one year I am inside my house, just for half an hour I go outside in the morning. MY HISTORY AND TESTS DONE EARLIER â€“ History of acidity, constipation and digestion. 9th July 2012 - Haemoglobin electrophoresis suggestive of Homozygous Haemoglobin E disease. 16th October 2012 - Ultrasound of liver â€“ Fatty Liver 18th October 2012 â€“ Liver function test â€“ All values are normal 18th October 2012 â€“ Pulmonary test â€“ Normal spirometery 18th October 2012 â€“ Complete Haemoglobin â€“ Haemoglobin 12.5 gm/dl, WBC â€“ normal in number and morphology, RBC â€“ Anicocytosis with microcytic hypochromic erythrocytes, mild polychromasia, elliptocytes and taget cells, platelets- adequate Please let me know is it very serious and also let me know some medicines and diet... Hi, I am not sure,your doctor must have examined you so he can might be telling better,but i belive you should have complet liver tests including pt aptt and coagulation profile and billirubin levels and also repeat the tests you already have. Although yellow eyes can also be due to mddy sclera,some people have muddy sclera. Your tsh is also raised so he might be telling you for some test or may be you could be directly be put on medicines for this. Time taken is different for diffirent person ...

My 3yr old son was in a car accident later yesterday afternoon acted fine, no complaints so my husband refused ambulance.. Today he was playing with his sister then just randomly laid down complaining of "head hurt" around 1ish in the afternoon. Since then he has just wanted to be "lay down". Hasn't eaten lunch or dinner. Have kept a close eye on him, gave him a dose of ibuprofen. Around 4p ish he seemed warm and had 99.5 oral. I'm having a hard time whether I should take him to been seen (called Dr and no after hr # available) or if I'm just being over protective mom. He just hasn't been himself since his first complaint, but didn't know if fever possibly could be accident related or just a virus that might be correlation of timing. Thank you!

Well, the complaints may all be related to a viral infection, incidentally following the accident. But we cannot rule out a head injury as cause for his altered behaviour, so its best to take to the hospital ER and make sure he is neurologically stable.
