i am having rapid heart beats n i can hear my heart beat...i was on a levoflox 750 3 months ago for 5 days for UTI..and last months i was on amoxicoliin and clarithromycin for my stomach gastristis,...currently im on razo 20 and spasril ...pls help

Hello, Fast heart rate is very common side effect of spasril plus razo 20 causes anxiety as side effect which again leads to increase heart rate. Ask your physician to lower the dose of spasril or to give some other drug for gastritis. I have a dental infection. I take sosium valproate 1000mg pd and amiodipine 5mg. Dentist prescribed amoxicillin which didn't work for 1 week. Then metronidazole for 1 week. Have had to stop taking as bad side effects after 2 days, flushing, stabbing pains to head like migraine. Phoned the pharmacy who dispenses my meds and advised to discontinue. Discussed with my Doctor who always prescribes Clarithromycin for infections I may, i.e. chest infection. This antibiotic gives me no side effects. The dentist is aware of the meds I am on however disregards my contradictory side effects to penicillin based antibiotics. What is your advice

get radiographs done with your teeth having infection and get it treated only medicines wont help with dental pain, infection needs to be drained ...

I am 69 yrs. old. I have a toothache on one of my teeth at the bottom (middle) right side of my mouth. The tooth was looked at by the dentist and recommended I have a root canal rather than an extraction. I have been putting anbesol on the tooth for a few days while I make my decision. Today my mouth started swelling. Can I take either amoxicilian or clarithromycin for the infection until I go to the dentist this week.

hi gentle man ! anbesol contains chlorcresol etc... it is not good for nerves in tooth it will destroy nerves that is the reason for your swelling kindly go to dentist asap and carry on ur root canal treatment!! and plz dont take medicines without doctor prescription thank you !! ...
