Kill-Kilo (an extract from a konjac root in Japan) is being heavily promoted by a Dr Shinto of Natural Choice, Ville Amphrey, St Martins GY4 6DT. Part of the claim is that it has been used by geishas to keep slim. A typical claim is that someone lost over 3 stone with no effort, no diet and only in 4 weeks(!) Also "lose up to 1 stone in 1 week". Is this a SCAM or is it genuine? If the latter, are there any side effects or interference with any medications?

Hi, Kill kilo diet pills are basically fat burners with unknown composition/ingredient and have been advertised quite a lot. There has not been any drug trials to test these kind of pills or its interaction with other drugs. These are not approved by FDA and more on this can only be trusted if told by people who have tried it. The way to go about weight loss is to talk to a nutritionist and following the plan as told. Hi doctor i hope u will give me the correct opinion as it is my personal question my problem is ,i had lost 4 teeth . so i am going to consult doctor .if the dentist suggest me for dental implant..is it a right choice and if yes i would be getting married does this dental implant surgery effect my married sex life...like reducing sperm count or not having child in future,as issue of having something foreign implanted in the body may get bacteria and viruses tend to target implants.setting up colonies around them, and that the immune system canâ€™t fight as efficiently in that setting as it can elsewhere in the body. Or else you suggest me which is the best solution for my lost tooth replacement. Thanks

I am 64 yrs old. I fell 8 years ago and landed on my right hand. A few months ago my wrist started hurting and swelled up. I have had my MRI and the ligament is completely gone. I am considering having the Modified Brunelli Procedure. The pain is getting worse and I have a lot of clunking in the wrist. I do have another visit with my Dr. to discuss this further. It sounds like I don't have a choice but to have the surgery. I am concerned about the outcome at my age. What do you think?

I just recovered from kidney stones and had a stent taken out for it. A week later, I had unprotected sex and took the plan b pill, Next Choice. The next day my kidneys started to hurt again. I also have a seizure disorder and seized the night I took the pill. Can any of this be related?

the problem doesnt appear to be related to kidney stones. any to reconfirm please undergo an Ultrasound KUB examination to rule out any kidney stones as you had recurrence of kidney pain ...
