I can not straighten my fingers fully. I had surgery 3 months ago for removal of the base bone in the thumb with a mini tight rope applied. Today a carpal tunnel test was negative. What might be the cause of this? Thanks

I am suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. If i take 2 tablets of Betnesol forte for 3 days and 1 tab per day for 3 days. It made miracle to my hand. No swelling ,no pain and no numbness. But then i discontinued it because it is a steroid. And the problem occured again. Niw if i take Betnesol forte 1 tab per day for say 15 to 30 days what will be the sidr effects?
