I need alternate for sildenafil citrate in ayurvedic medicine, as i am Diabeatic and cardio vascular problem ( Stunt in the heart )

Last Thursday night, my wife had some breathing problem which is unusual. We went to a specialist hospital the next day and the doctor referred her to a cardio Specialist after the blood test showed that her cardio enzyme level is at 1300 where the maximum should be only 600 as per the doctor. My wife never had a heart complication before. So what does this mean.? Is this a sign of possible heart attack in future.? I'm extremely worried about her.

I had an oral contrcevte like 8 mnths ago..i am havng heavy bleedingdurng pday.now I go to gym..cardio Drink coffee Sleepless too So all tht can lead to hoonal imblnce right And if i go to a doctor will he find oit if i had eaten an ipill long abck..tht is 8 mnths ago..afr tht i havnt taken one.

I presume your question is about heavy menstrual bleeding during periods and not gum bleeding.
