I have an irregular heart beat that on occasion has been making my chest feel like someone is poking it. The poking pain feeling only occurs in a single location (right side of my sternum next to my nipple) and goes away in a few seconds. Went to the ER but the blood tests found nothing. This has been going on since 8pm Tuesday. I had issues sleeping until my wife came in, and when she laid down next to me I fell asleep. I have no issue staying asleep. Also, I have little to no appetite and I also have to burp a lot.

Hi, For the symptoms you are presenting, we need to rule out the presence of angina in such a situation since you have told me that your blood tests revealed nothing. I also hope that you must have got an ECG done(which can only rule out presence of any heart disease). Excessive burping and such symptoms can also be due to gerd(gastro esophageal reflux disease). First of all you will have to rule out any associated heart disease,since you are in high risk group(diabetic,mildly hypertensive). ...

My baby is 3 months old. She is frequently vomitting after every feed or in the middle of the feed. I give burp every time whenever i feed her or give her medicine. My doctor has suggested me domstal baby drops 0.7 ml thrice a day after every 8 hours. I had started but i have not found any improvement in her. Please suggest?

The other day I felt like I couldn't get enough air, taken deep breaths. Felt tingling in my body then my heart rate went high and all was doing was driving. Just let you I was drinking coffee all day, played it off that was the reason. For days later I still sometimes that I can't get enough air, it comes and go. I brupping alot not all day but I just burp for no reason not like I ate or drank something.my blood pressure seems to be normal like 113/78 and sometimes 128/53 with heart rate like 70 to 95. Ever since this happened I just don't feel right, don't know if it's just in my head, and my doctor can't see me till the end of June. What do you think might be going on, thank you

Hi, anyway I would advice to see a doctor asap, it doesn't matter, in ER or general therapist, to do some primary heart examination steps, ECG, ECHOCG maybe, etc, to exclude heart problems. After all that you can patiently wait for your Doctor to become available. Good luck. ...

I have too much gastric problem. I dont feel hungry. I burp a lot and fart alot also. Last year i was diagnosed with intestinal ulcers and doctors said after few month of medication that O am ok but gastric problem does not go.I feel anxiety a lot of tume. Cannot focus on my studies. Due to anxiety i feel scared and as if i will vomit. I am currently taking Sucramal syrup and aristozyme syrup still not helping in my gastric problm and anxiety. Please help me.
