42 yo female. I have an approx. pencil eraser sized lumped on my right tonsil that is flesh colored and in which I can see the veins in. There is a spot of white on the front of the lump I'm thinking could be bacteria. My concern with the lump is that it appears more as a hemroid would, a lump pushed through the skin wall, not as a lump sitting on the skin wall. I have used a q-tip to investigate the lump with no change. It is near the top of the side of my throat above the tonsil where the throat is starting to curve up. It is smooth all around this spot with only this lump coming down from the wall of my throat there, and the flesh color and veins match that of the smooth skin surrounding it.

Hi, Are they like spots or are they palpable area ? Are the spots itchy ? Are they like an ulcer or did they bleed ? Do you think you recently had sex with anyone who you think might have been infected ? Do you have any pain or burning in urine ? Hi, If it has devloped suddenly within a day or may be a few hours it would be a sign of allergy,for treatment of allergy if it is been seen on a large part of body then you should straight go to a doctor,else you can take a levocetrizine 5mg once in night for 7 days. my problem is related to glan penis(head). my penis is cut(circumcised. i can see wrinkles on my glans penis and due to this it's look odd and dark in normal stage. i am fair but the colour of penis is black. thas fine. but not sure why the glan penis is wrinkled and looking odd, dull black colour. Hi again, I got your response through support. No I would not recommend Hydrocortisone cream since I don't see any inflammation at all on your genitalia. Hi, White patch can be vitiligo and rashes can be due to simple bacterial infection it can't be said what is it without examining you. If you want you can attach your photo then i will be able to tell you better. You can get tested for hiv if you want to remove any thought about it. I am 35 years hold and suffer from occassional acne and rosacea. I used Diprogenta, as I had developed contact dermatitis when I tried using tooth paste to cure a recent eruption I had. The spot cured and the inflammation went down completely. However, it has left a dark reddish spot on the face. Please advise. Usually, when I get an eruption and it cures, I don;t really get a dark mark, as the one that has developed. Should I continue usign diprogenta or fucidin. Is there an alternative? Please advise.

Hello, What you have sounds like Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation. This will gradually clear over the next few months. Using an SPF 50 sunscreen 2-3 times a day on the entire face along with a 2% Hydroquinone cream on the dark spot at night will help speed up clearance.
