hello. I have developed a mouth ulcer on the gums towards the back of the wisdom teeth. The affected area is pale whitish in colur and pains quite a lot. I have been using filter khaini for the last couple of years and so i thought if this could be Oral Submucuous Fibrosis. But other functions seem to be normal like i have a inter incisinal opening of 3.6cm and dont notice and bands inside the cheeks. This ulcer has been there for the last three days and has not decreased much. I'm taking Antoxid HC and becosules capsules since last three days. Please advise on what can be done in this situation

Just get an Xray done. Stop khaini. It could be traumatic ulcer too caused due to the upper wisdom tooth. If required you may have to get your wisdom teeth removed dependong on the Xray and diagnosis by your dentist ...
