i am 35 year old male ,i have a high blood pressure of 146/80, start nebicip 5mg.after 1 year i have started eldervit zc and bizfer(iron tablet) for vitamin deficiency with vitamin d tablet.now, i am facing erectile dysnfunction.pl suggest cause and remedy.

PAST HISTORY : since 2 year using nibicip 5 mg for hypertension.

Hi,

Erectile dysfunction can be Psychological or physical(related to body organs). Psychological can have multiple causes such as stress and anxiety in work or may be stress due to unknown causes or being self concious over something
Physical causes can be unlimited such as hypertension,sickle cell, anemia, hypercholestremia, kidney failure,cirrohosis,copd,epilepsy,hyper or hypothroidsiam and many other.

None of the drugs you told me said to cause erectile dysfunction. It can be due to uncontrolled hypertension(if your b.p is not controlled by those drugs).

Avoid having any kind smoking,alcohol,porn sites(avoid watching them if you watch them),have a healthy diet,proper schedule of work,avoid stress,have a healthy diet,avoid sex for a few days. Don't have over the counter drugs without your doctor knowing about it, and if none of these work then consult your doctor.

He may change your medicine if you are psychologically thinking that this is the drug causing it(erectile dysfunction) else he may investigate the cause and prescribe you with drugs to improve you sex life.

hi, now, my doctor advised for Tsart -40 instead of Nebicip for erectile dysfunction can this is good for my health or not. also i am facing pain in my nipples sometime and remain for long time ,then dissappear after that.pl advice . pl be adviced for deficiency of vitamin b12 and vitamin d . these problems make me disturbed and not feeling well. thanks

Hi,

Breast pain or nipple pain if no injury and no lump then alcohol is also a common cause for that. Avoid it for a few days. Telma is good and has no side effects.

Regarding erectile dysfunction,most of the men at some point feel that they are facing erectile dysfunction,but this is a temporary phase and should go in most people.

Just follow all the things I have told you. Have your deficient vitamins,good diet and partner support is very necessary. You may like to have a leave and destress yourself. And things would improve but it may take a bit of time. You may consult a doctor,but these are self resolving problems,just don't loose your self confidence

Hi there I have been to the doctors on Xmas eve and he said I have sinusitis as all my nasal passage was blocked I had a lot of pressure and tooth ache and head ache , he told me to take ibuprofen and sudafed and steam inhalation to which I did , that night went to bed and woke with terrible ear ache in my right ear after 4 hours it started cracking and eventually released fluid which then released the pain of ear ache , Christmas Day night it started in my left ear but this time the pain was so bad that nothing touched it and I was almost delirious ! Eventually it to cracked and popped and released fluid ! Both ears are still a little achy but bearable but they are still leaking and I am now a little death and I have ringing in my right ear constantly , I am taking antibiotics now started them on Christmas Day amoxicillin what do you think is going on in there I'm very concerned

I have been prescribed 5mg of Lexapro ( name brand) one time daily. I have noticed that my heart rate and blood pressure is normal when sitting or laying down but ( 118-70, 76) and jumps up a lot when I stand ( 136/89, 134) Could this be because of the medication? If so is this something that will go away after awhile or do I need to change medications.

hi, I am 26 year old male.My heart pulse rate is 100 bpm at rest, blood pressure range from 120-136/80-90, when high blood pressure I have pain behind eye and headache. I also feel chest tightness sometime. when I walk or do physical activity I can feel slight breath. From recent blood work my chelostorel is 245. what could be the problem?

Hi, You should try to lower it right now with diet first for 3-4 months. If no effects are seen then you may go on with drugs for this(raised cholesterol).
