Sir my sister daughter is 16 yr old she is in coma from 6 days as she is suffering from hepatic encephalopathy as she had typhoid and malaria but it became svere , now doctor r saying patient is very serious as she is not responding to any treatment she is on complete ventilator .. Sir i need ur help please help me and do reply me please

Dear Sir/Madam, I have had intercourse with my boyfriend 5 months back and had abortion pills by consulting a Doctor online. Hi! The only blood test that can show whether you are pregnant or the previous abortion was an incomplete one is a serum beta hcg -this checks the hormone for pregnancy in the blood.If less than 5 ,then pregnancy is negative. A normal gynae check up can reveal past pregnancy only if earlier pregnancy led to an incomplete abortion which can be made out by an ultrasonogram of the pelvis or the serum beta hcg.Otherwise no doctor can make out whether you were pregnant in the past and have taken abor ...

About a year ago I had a serious dental problem. I had an apicectomy performed and the surgeon left a lot of leftover amalgam inside my jaw. To cut a long story short my body rejected the amalgam and it started to come out of my jaw in pieces. Before the dentist realised what the problem was he prescribed about 4 courses of antibiotics and this led to a very severe balanitis after the 4th course. It got treated succesfully with cream and fluconazol(150mg). Now It seems to return in a very mild form lasting a couple of days after I treat with cream every couple of months or so. Do I need to visit the doctor again or should I wait until it stops naturally? I had surgery to remove the amalgam from the jaw when they realised that that was causing the inflammation. My jaw is recovering very well.

I think post surgery, Your dentist must have taken the X-Ray to confirm complete removal of amalgum. Balantitis most likely is coincidental need to consult dermatologist for same. ...

I wonder if you could give direction I dont know whether to go to the doctor or the dentist? I broke a crown about 3mths ago, whicht he dentist sorted out for me but about a mth later I developed a cold and my crown became so sensitive I couldnt close my mouth it felt like it had a pulse and the bone was rejecting the post. after googling I realised it could very well be a sinus infection and got a 10 day course of anitbiotics which helped immensley, but the gum where it connects to the cheek pulses and if I run my finger over the spot I feel as though I am getting an electric shock. It was fine if i didnt touch it but over the last few days the pain has come back and a lump is developing and spreading. the pain is in my cheek bone and around my eye socket, I had a root canal on this tooth over 10 years ago with no problems and the tooth has no odour or any leakage around it

Hello, Your problem seems to be primarily dental. I wolud recommend you to visit the dental proffesional an make an x ray.. From wat history you hav provided it seems the nerve has been damaged and there is infection, pus, developed below the tooth.. hence the wierd senstion... sinus infection may or may not be related to the tooth.. sp kindly visit the dr and take his opinion. Now I am 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor is saying that USG is showing that the foetus is 9 weeks old and no such limbs are seen in the foetus. Doctor advised to take Injection CORION 5000IU weekly and ARGIPREG Sachet -1 sachet daily with other regular Tablets like ASA 50(1 daily), SYSFOL PLUS (2tab daily) and DUBAGEST-200(1 daily). Doctor is suspecting the foetus is of poor growth and poor liquor. Doctor said to take Injection for 3 weeks and if any improvements are not found then, I have to discontinue my pregnancy, but I am not in a mood to take such decision. Please guide me if I can carry my pregnancy and what shall I do now?

your case is one of high risk pregnancy as you have had one previous still birth.
